Ingredients

ripe bananas

apple sauce
sweetened or unsweetened will work

quick cooking oats

unsweetened almond milk

cup
raisins
1/2

mini chocolate chips
original recipe calls for either 1/2 cup of raisins or chocolate chips - use your own discretion

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
cinnamon
1/8
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using a 2 tablespoon scoop, place cookies onto a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
